Terms of Service

Welcome to CSGORoll! 

🧑‍⚖️ Tldr: Legal peeps say we need to define some key participants and characters.


  • CSGORoll.com is operated by Feral Holdings Limited (Registration No. 171519), having its registered address at 9 Barrack Road, Belize City, Belize (“CSGORoll”, “Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”).
  • Our web app can be found at csgoroll.com or csgoroll.gg (the “Site(s)”).
  • Some payments may be handled on the Company by Feral Entertainment (Cyprus) Limited (Registration No. HE388908).
  • We provide our services to our users (“you,” “your”, “User”) as detailed below (“Services”) subject to these Terms, as well as applicable laws and regulations.
  • These Terms of Service come into legal effect and apply from 18 November 2025. 


Acceptance & Legal Rights:

🧑‍⚖️ Tldr: This section is super important. If you use our site, you fully accept these terms, and you can only raise claims in specific circumstances. SO PLEASE READ THESE. Also take note of specific clauses that apply in different jurisdictions.


  • By registering on the Sites and/or any of our connected apps and using the Services, you enter into a contract with Feral Holdings Limited and agree to be bound by (i) these Terms of Service, as well as (ii) Other Terms listed in the next section below (together “Terms”) as the full and entire agreement between you and Company. 
  • These Terms may change from time to time and are applicable to you in the version published on this page from time to time. We'll notify you of changes by updating this page, or in the case of more important changes, you’ll be notified on login to the Site.
  • Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms (including any new additions).
  • In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and applicable law, the applicable law shall prevail.
  • THESE TERMS INCLUDE AN AGREEMENT TO RESOLVE ALL DISPUTES THROUGH BINDING ARBITRATION. YOU CAN ONLY PURSUE CLAIMS AGAINST US ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND YOU EXPLICITLY WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY CLASS ACTIONS AND MAY NOT HAVE CLAIMS RESOLVED BY A JURY OR COURT OF LAW.
  • In each section we include a title and summary statement. This is provided as a courtesy solely for your convenience and is not legally binding nor otherwise intended to modify the Terms.

🧑‍⚖️ Tldr: We do our best to protect your data so check out the accompanying Privacy Policy. Also certain territories have specific terms which are part of these Terms.



Our Services:

🧑‍⚖️ Tldr: We are a virtual skins exchange site that includes casual gaming products. We are not a gambling site. We don’t offer nor advertise gambling services. Our Coins cannot be exchanged for real-money or other things of value.


  • We are not affiliated with nor are we endorsed by: Counter-Strike 2, Counter Strike: Global Offensive (“CS2”), Steam, or the Valve Corporation/Valve S.a.r.l. (individually and collectively referred to as “Valve”).
  • Skins are electronic cosmetics used within the Counter-Strike 2 video game and exclusively obtained from Valve Corporation through their Steam Platform (“CS2 Skins”).
  • CSGORoll provides Users with an entertainment-focused platform to explore, manage, and optimise their CS2 Skins inventories. These services offer gamified interactions among Users who share an interest in cosmetic CS2 items and digital collectibles.
  • CSGORoll allows you to exchange real money or crypto-currency for non-transferable reward coins (“Roll Coins”) at exchange rates which are prominently displayed on the Services at the time of the exchange that can be used to play the casual games (“Games”) for more Roll Coins for entertainment purposes. We may change these exchange rates in our sole discretion by changing the exchange rate displayed on the Services. 
  • CSGORoll also acts as a gamified platform allowing you to collect virtual representations of CS2 Skins for cosmetic use within our Site only (“CSGR Skins”).
  • A CSGR Skin in your Site inventory with CSGORoll is not the same as a CS2 Skin licensed and obtained via Valve’s closed ecosystem and it does not provide rights to the CS2 Skin on Steam. It is for entertainment purposes only, and it merely acts as a visual placeholder for a denominated Roll Coin value. 
  • You are solely responsible for managing and maintaining your Steam account. You agree that the terms of any respective Steam subscriber agreements (“Steam Subscriber Agreements”) and/or associated terms and conditions, and/or policies apply at all times to your activity on our Site. Any warranties, rights, obligations or other contractual relationship that you have with Valve in relation to those terms is above and beyond our Terms.
  • Roll Coins can be used on the Site to exchange for other CSGR Skins or used on our casual gaming products like Case Battle or Unboxing.
  • Roll Coins can also be utilised to introduce Users to other Users who wish to trade CS2 Skins (see Trading Skins & Prohibitions of Real-World Trading).
  • You acknowledge and agree that (i) CS2 Skins have no monetary value, (ii) CSGR Skins, and Roll Coins have no monetary value are non-transferable, and non-redeemable for real-world cash nor can they be used on third-party sites. We are under no obligation to allow you to use Roll Coins to engage in any of the Services, and we may restrict your ability to use Roll Coins to engage in them.
  • Our promotions operate using the offers of free promotional entries (also known as sweepstakes or prize draws) to promote the top-up of coins during a seasonal event (“Eligible Roll Coins”) or promo campaign (“Promotion(s)”). 
  • In some cases, and subject to the relevant Promotion Rules, Roll Coins or Eligible Roll Coins (together unless explicitly stated, referred to as “Coins”) may be awarded as a promotion. In these specific circumstances, rewards obtained through the use of promotional Eligible Roll Coins (referred to as “Roll Chips”) may have alternative redemption methods (see Promotion Rules).
  • The Services are provided in English language and offered to users globally (with the exception of the Prohibited Jurisdictions), without targeting users in any location or jurisdiction specifically. 


Prohibited Access:

🧑‍⚖️ Tldr: Some countries and jurisdictions are a little more paternalistic towards their citizens than others. Regardless, we seek to maintain legal compliance in all territories.  


  • Our Services are not available where prohibited by applicable local laws. 
  • We may have to block access or restrict the Site in some jurisdictions.
  • Using VPNs or proxies to bypass these restrictions and any KYC controls is prohibited.
  • Persons located in or resident in: Belgium, Cyprus, Denmark, Florida (US State) Germany, Lithuania, Malta, Nagaland (Indian State), Netherlands, New York (US State), Norway, Ontario (CAN state), Rhode Island (US State) Sikkim (Indian State), Sweden, Turkey, Utah (US State), Ukraine and Washington (US State) (“Restricted Jurisdictions”) are restricted from accessing some parts of the Services. 
  • Persons located in or resident in: Afghanistan, Australia, Burundi, Democratic Republic of Congo, Central African Republic, Connecticut (US State), Georgia (US State), Guinea, Guatemala, Guinea-Bissau, Haiti, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Libya, Mali, Myanmar, New Jersey (US State) Nicaragua, Niger, North Korea, Poland, Slovakia, Solomon Islands, Sudan, South Sudan, Syria, Tunisia, UAE, Venezuela, Yemen and Zimbabwe (the "Prohibited Jurisdictions") are not permitted to make use of the Service and/or Site. 
  • We may update the list of Prohibited Jurisdictions or countries that form part of our Restricted Jurisdictions at any time, at our discretion.  
  • For the avoidance of doubt, restrictions on accessing the Site, registering an account, and/or using the Services from Prohibited Jurisdictions and/or Restricted Jurisdictions applies equally to residents and citizens of other nations while located in one of those jurisdictions. 
  • Any evidence of Prohibited Activities (specifically including circumvention of the above restrictions) is a breach of these Terms and may result in the termination of your account (see Termination).


Your Responsibilities:

🧑‍⚖️ Tldr: Don’t be evil. We’re nice people and want to build a community of like-minded honest people. Work with us on managing our risks and don’t give us reason to restrict your ability to participate.


  • You fully understand that by topping up Roll Coins (and from time to time Eligible Roll Coins) for use of our Services, you are spending money in consideration for entertainment.
  • You can register on the Site using a contact email or with your Steam account.
  • Multiple duplicate accounts may result in termination and forfeiture of any received Rewards or associated benefits, unless expressly agreed otherwise by the Company.
  • You accept and fully acknowledge that your use of the Services at all times is subject to suitable ‘know your customer’ (“KYC”) verification processes on an ongoing basis. 
  • You accept that we are entitled to suspend or restrict your account in any way that we think is appropriate (including certain Services), until we have completed KYC verification checks to our satisfaction.
  • You must:
  • be at least eighteen (18) years old to use the Services;
  • legally capable of entering into these Terms; 
  • provide and maintain accurate registration information, and promptly notify us in case your registration or contact information changes;
  • keep your account password confidential;
  • use the Service legally and responsibly including ensuring you are not breaching any local laws through your use of the Services; and
  • notify us promptly if you believe your account credentials have been compromised.
  • You must not:
  • violate laws or other user’s' rights;
  • register an account on behalf of a third-party;
  • register more than one accounts, unless expressly authorised by the Company to do so; 
  • attempt card payment charge-backs; 
  • attempt any type of fraud or undertake fraudulent activity or other;
  • post harmful, offensive, or illegal content (including hate speech that would otherwise be criminal in your country of residence);
  • breach any terms of the Steam Subscriber Agreements through use of our Services;
  • interfere with, or attempt to interfere with the provision of the Site or the Services;
  • impersonate other users;
  • directly interfere with or knowingly use any exploits that exist on the Site including the proper function of any Services; 
  • exploit any bugs or errors of the Site and/or Service (in case you discover a bug, please report it to us - see Bug Bounty below);
  • engage in unauthorised commercial activities including:
  • attempts to monetise or commercialise CS2 Skins obtained from the Services (see Trading Skins & Prohibitions of Real-World Trading);  
  • selling or transferring the benefit of your account to a third-party; or
  • otherwise abuse the Services for financial gain.
  • attempt to circumvent geo blocking, including but not limited to by using VPNs or proxies; 
  • attempt to circumvent any KYC controls; 
  • attempt to access the Site or use the Services (as appropriate) while located in any of the Prohibited or Restricted Jurisdictions; or
  • provide fraudulent registration or User details in attempts to circumvent any KYC verification;

together (“Prohibited Activities”).


  • If you use any Services in breach of any local, national, federal, state or other laws that apply to you in your country, we will not be liable to you for such use.
  • Any evidence of Prohibited Activities is a breach of these Terms and may result in termination of your account (see Termination).


Intellectual Property:

🧑‍⚖️ Tldr: We respect intellectual property rights. Respect our property and don't try to steal our stuff.

  • Our Services and Site content are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:
  • copy, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, frame, mirror, or create derivative works from our content;
  • use data mining, robots, or similar data gathering methods;
  • reverse engineer or attempt to extract our source code; or
  • use our registered and unregistered trade marks, service marks, logos, trade names, and other intellectual property without our explicit permission.
  • Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Company.


Bug Bounty:

🧑‍⚖️ Tldr: If you find any bugs or vulnerabilities on our Platform - report those to us and we will make it worth your while!

  • The Company encourages responsible reporting of any vulnerabilities or bugs discovered on our Platform. To do so, contact [email protected].
  • In our discretion, we may provide you with Rewards for identifying and reporting such issues to us.
  • Unauthorised exploitation of vulnerabilities, malicious activities, or failure to report discovered issues may result in account termination, legal action, or other penalties.


Your Content

🧑‍⚖️ Tldr: You are responsible for the content you upload on our Site. Don’t abuse other people or their IP.

  • You can customise parts of your profile and engage in chat conversations with other Users. 
  • By sharing any information or data (written or graphic), you:
  • confirm you have the right to share it; 
  • accept that you are solely responsible for uploading or posting it; and;
  • grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use it.
  • We may place restrictions on your ability to participate in chat or customise your profile if we believe you are posting harmful material or using third-party IP without permission. 
  • If you participate in conversations on our chat or send ideas to our support channels, you accept that such channels are non-confidential and we will be entitled to the unrestricted use and dissemination of such ideas for any purpose, legal, commercial or otherwise, without attribution or compensation.
  • If you believe your intellectual property has been used by another user on the Site, please notify us. We will investigate notices of alleged infringement and will take appropriate actions under the applicable intellectual property and copyright protection laws with respect to any alleged or actual infringement.


Promotion and Rewards:

🧑‍⚖️ Tldr: Our site is free to play but we try and give as many additional freebies as possible. They’re not always going to be available and we can change them at any time. Also you should read the Promotion Rules to understand how the promotions operate. 


  • A promotion can provide eligible users who engage in certain qualifying activities (“AMOE(s)”) with an opportunity to top-up eligible Roll Coins which can be played to win Roll Chips. Subject to the relevant Promotion Rules, prizes of Roll Chips may be redeemed for cryptocurrency, in accordance with the separate Promotion Rules. Roll Chips are not available for purchase, and Roll Chips are non-transferrable. Eligible Roll Coins are awarded from time to time, and are time-limited during promotion campaigns. Eligibility to participate in the Promotion and to redeem won Roll Chips is contingent upon fulfilling the requirements set forth in the Promotion Rules.
  • We may also offer rewards programs, challenges, and promotions on the Site which provide Roll Coins, Eligible Roll Coins, CSGR Skins or other virtual in-game tokens for your participation (“Rewards”). Rewards are not redeemable for cash or any other form of real-life currency or credit and have no fixed or ascertainable cash value.
  • Participation in Reward activities is entirely voluntary.
  • The availability of Rewards is at the Company's absolute discretion and we reserve the right to delay, withhold, or invalidate Rewards in cases of technical errors or potential fraudulent activity.
  • We do not replace lost or stolen coins or chips or other Rewards.
  • We do not guarantee that Rewards will be available to you and we may terminate, suspend, or modify Rewards at any time without notice. 
  • All taxes related to the benefit of prizes or Rewards obtained on the Site are your sole responsibility.
  • You must not attempt to circumnavigate the qualifying requirements for Rewards, at the penalty of forfeiture or in severe cases account termination (see Termination).
  • Multiple duplicate accounts may result in termination and forfeiture of any received Rewards or associated benefits, unless expressly agreed otherwise by the Company.
  • The Rewards do not include any Roll Chips offered in relation to any sweepstakes that promotes the sale of Roll Coins. Roll Chips are governed by our Promo Rules.


Trading Skins & Prohibitions of Real-World Trading:

🧑‍⚖️ Tldr: Don’t attempt to sell Skins obtained from our Services. We will find out and we will have to restrict or close your account. You also run the risk of the game publisher restricting your account on their platform.


  • All trades of CS2 Skins facilitated through the Site use a peer-to-peer system which requires your active participation to send or accept CS2 Skins with other Users. 
  • We do not at any time hold, accept, or transfer CS2 Skins, but merely enable peer-to-peer connection between you and other users. CSGORoll does not at any time hold any property rights in the CS2 Skins.
  • All CS2 Skins obtained from users of our Services are to be used solely for personal gameplay within the Steam platform.
  • CSGORoll reserves the right to cancel CS2 Skin trades if:
  • the requested CS2 Skin cannot be delivered due to third-party blockers beyond our control;
  • the User's profile is flagged and requires further investigation;
  • the User's profile doesn't meet necessary requirements for the trade offer; or
  • any other reason deemed necessary by CSGORoll forth the proposer functioning and integrity of the Services.
  • Users must adhere to the Steam Subscriber Agreements to trade CS2 Skins with Users introduced using our Services. 


IMPORTANT NOTICE: 

  • Attempting to sell or exchange CS2 Skins obtained from our Site for cash or other value outside of our Services (“Real-World Trading”) is strictly prohibited, including:
  • selling or attempting to sell CS2 Skins for cash or cash equivalents;
  • exchanging or attempting to exchange CS2 Skins for goods or services outside the Service; or
  • trading or attempting to trade CS2 Skins for other items of value on any platform outside the Site.
  • Any actual or suspected attempt to engage in Real-World Trading will result in immediate suspension of your account, and further is likely to result in:
  • restriction of your ability to use Roll Coins to play our Games;
  • restriction of your ability to utilise our CS2 trading platform;
  • termination of your account;
  • forfeiture of all Rewards and Coins associated with your account; and/or
  • permanent ban from using our Services.
  • We actively monitor for signs of Real-World Trading and take action based on suspicious activity.
  • Users are encouraged to report any observed Real-World Trading activities to our Support team.
  • You acknowledge and accept that Valve may also place restrictions on your Steam account due to engaging in Real-World Trading, and we are not liable to you for any loss.


Payments and Refunds:

🧑‍⚖️ Tldr: We don’t offer refunds on payment transactions. Remember, Coins, and Skins, have no monetary value and can't be used on third-party sites.


Payments:

  • The payments for your Roll Coin top-ups are processed by third-party payment processing providers. During each payment transaction, you are automatically re-directed away from the Site and onto a third-party platform of the relevant payment service (including crypto payments) of your choice, based on the payment method you selected.
  • Mutual exclusion of liability: At any time, the payment processing providers partnered with our Site and processing your payments make no warranties about our Services or Site and they are not liable for any losses or damages that may occur as a result of our Services or Site. Their role is limited to payment processing only. Likewise, we make no warranties and accept no liability for any issues that may arise from your use of any of these payment processing providers and their services.


Refunds:

  • Coin top-ups are final and non-refundable, except for genuine unintentional transactions where Coins remain unutilised.
  • CSGORoll does not take any responsibility for a User’s change of mind or balance loss without proof of error from the website's side.
  • If a Skin trade with another user doesn't go through, CSGORoll will offer a full refund of the Coins, to your Coin balance, to the value of the Skin trade once the trade expires in our system.
  • If you believe your account has been billed incorrectly, notify our third-party billing agent immediately. Any billing error not reported within thirty (30) days of appearing on your statement will be deemed accepted by you. YOU RELEASE US FROM ALL LIABILITIES AND CLAIMS RELATED TO UNREPORTED ERRORS OR DISCREPANCIES AFTER THIS PERIOD.
  • This clause does not affect your rights under User Disputes and Dispute Resolution.


Game Specific Rules:

🧑‍⚖️ Tldr: Ensure you review the rules or accompanying guide for any products on our Site.


  • On our Provably Fair page we provide full details on how we ensure that the results are always random and never tampered with: https://www.csgoroll.com/info/provably-fair.
  • By using the Site, you agree to comply with the specific Game Rules applicable to each game, as outlined on our platform, and acknowledge that failure to adhere to these rules may result in account suspension or other penalties as determined by our discretion.

Marketing:

🧑‍⚖️ Tldr: You can opt-in to marketing otherwise you’ll be presented with consent pop-ups at different points of the Service. 


  • You can opt-in to marketing communications through the Site; if you no longer wish to receive marketing communications, you can opt-out using the “Unsubscribe” link in our marketing emails.
  • You agree that we may communicate with you regarding Company and other entities by SMS, MMS, text message or other electronic means to your end-user device.


Account Retention:

🧑‍⚖️ Tldr: We want you to stay for a long time, but unfortunately Data Protection tell us we need to remove your details as quickly as we can after you stop using our Site. This also means your Coins, and CSGR Skins, will expire.


  • We classify User accounts in the following ways:
  • Active User: account has been logged into at least once in the last twenty-nine (29) days;
  • Inactive User: an account that has not been logged in between ninety (90) days and two-hundred and ninety nine (299) days;
  • Dormant User: an account that has not been logged into for over three-hundred (300) days.
  • A User can reset the status by logging in to the account.
  • If a User’s account approaches the Dormant threshold and we have contact details on the profile we will make an effort to notify you of the change of status at least fourteen (14) days ahead of the reclassification.
  • Once an account is classified as Dormant, any balance of Coins, or CSGR Skins, will be voided and the account will be closed in conjunction with our policies.


Affiliates and Referrals:

🧑‍⚖️ Tldr: We’re trying to build a community. We want you to be here with your friends if at all possible.


  • We work with affiliates and have a specific program focused on it.
  • Our Affiliate Program has its own terms and conditions (see Other Terms above).


Termination:

🧑‍⚖️ Tldr: We can terminate your account at any stage so please ensure you understand the reasons why it may happen… (and don’t do them).


  • We may suspend, or restrict your access to the Services or more permanently terminate your account for any reason and without prior notice, including for actual or suspected undertaking Prohibited Activities, Real World Trading, or any other violation of these Terms, without prior notice.
  • We have no responsibility or liability for the deletion of, or failure to store any data or other content maintained or uploaded by the Service.
  • You acknowledge that the Company reserves the right to terminate accounts that are inactive for an extended period of time (see Account Retention above).
  • You further acknowledge that the Company reserves the right to change these general practices and limits at any time, in its sole discretion.
  • You agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, and their officers, employees, directors, and agents from any losses, damages, expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees), claims, actions, or injuries (including death) arising from your use of the Service, any User Content, your connection to the Service, your breach of these Terms, or violation of another’s rights. However, you are not required to indemnify any party for losses resulting from their own actions or omissions.

Disclaimer of Warranties:

🧑‍⚖️ Tldr: There are some bad hombres on the web, they can mess with us in ways like you’ve never seen and thus, end up messing with you. Likewise we like to innovate quickly which usually means we don’t do things perfectly and some things will break.


  • Using our Site or Services may incur data charges especially on a mobile device. We will not be responsible for any data charges incurred as a result of your using the Services and/or Site.
  • The Company will make efforts to provide uninterrupted Services but may face interruptions due to maintenance or technical issues in its IT infrastructure; in such cases, planned disruptions will be notified to Users two (2) days in advance, while urgent ones will be communicated as soon as possible. The Company is not liable for disruptions caused by the User's own IT setup or external factors beyond the Company’s control, and no warranty of uninterrupted Services is provided.
  • The Company will inform the User of any necessary software updates to maintain service quality or legal compliance, and the User must install them. 
  • The User is advised to use up-to-date antivirus and firewall software, keep programs updated, and regularly change and protect their password to safeguard against potential threats like phishing, malware, and hacker attacks. The Company disclaims any responsibility for User failing to do so. 
  • In the event of game malfunctions, we may void any Coins and/or Rewards generated whilst the Games were malfunctioning.
  • We provide the Site and Service "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We don't guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free service.
  • We shall not be responsible for any liabilities resulting from our failure to contact you, where you have not informed us of your changed registration and/or contact information. 
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
  • We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations under these Terms if such failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
  • natural disasters;
  • epidemics;
  • war, conflicts, civil unrest, or terrorism;
  • government actions or embargoes;
  • strikes or labour shortages;
  • infrastructure or technology failures;
  • cyber attacks or data breaches; or
  • unlawful acts by our employees, agents, or contractors;

this exemption from liability shall apply for the duration of the event preventing our performance.


Limitation of Liability:

🧑‍⚖️ Tldr: You should be aware of what monetary values are available to you if you litigate.


  • You agree that Company will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
  • We're not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary damages, or damages for loss of profits whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or otherwise. Our total liability is limited to one hundred US dollars ($100) (or equivalent) or the amount you've paid us in the last six (6) months, whichever is greater.
  • Some jurisdictions may not allow certain disclaimers, exclusions, or limitations. If any part of these terms is not enforceable for you, your sole remedy is to stop using the Services.


External Reports:

🧑‍⚖️ Tldr: If we discover that might be a bad hombre, you should be aware that we might share your details to regulatory authorities.


  • We will cooperate with regulatory authorities in cases of suspected illegal activities related to:
  • Real World Trading;
  • fraud;
  • money-laundering and terrorist financing; 
  • theft or misappropriation of property; or
  • any other illegal activity that would be expected by our country of incorporation.
  • We may seek criminal or contractual sanctions against you and are entitled to notify relevant authorities, other online service providers and banks, credit card companies, electronic payment providers or other financial institutions of your identity and of any suspected unlawful or improper activity.


Governing Law:

🧑‍⚖️ Tldr: Here’s some boilerplate clauses. In particular be aware of the governing laws and court exclusivity.


  • These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us with regards to Services.
  • These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
  • For non-arbitration disputes, you and the Company agree to the jurisdiction of the English courts. 
  • Notwithstanding this, you agree that the Company shall still be allowed to apply for injunctive remedies (or other equivalent types of urgent legal remedy) in any jurisdiction.
  • The Company's failure to enforce any right does not waive it. 
  • If any term is invalid, the rest remain in effect. 
  • Claims must be filed within one year. 
  • This agreement can be printed and is admissible in court. 
  • You may not assign this agreement without the Company's consent, but the Company may assign it freely.


User Disputes and Dispute Resolution:

At CSGORoll, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional service and ensuring that all our users are treated fairly. We take all complaints and disputes seriously and aim to resolve them promptly.

  • This section is also referred to as the Arbitration Agreement within these Terms. 
  • This section provides information on how to submit a complaint or inquiry regarding the Services, as well as how to escalate to a Dispute and arbitration review. 
  • Arbitration Requirement: Disputes or claims between you and the Company, which are not resolved through the complaints Stages 1 and 2 described below, (“Disputes”) must be resolved through final and binding arbitration, not in court, except for individual claims in small claims court.
  • No Jury Trial or Class Action: By agreeing, you and the Company waive the right to a trial by jury or to participate in a class action.
  • Individual Claims Only: Claims must be brought on an individual basis, not as part of a class or representative action. The arbitrator may not consolidate claims or preside over any form of a class proceeding. Relief can only be awarded to the individual party seeking it, except for public injunctive relief under applicable law.
  • Agency Complaints: This agreement does not prevent you from bringing issues to federal, state, or local agencies.

If you believe we have violated an agreement or law, caused you harm or significant inconvenience, treated you unfairly, or you wish to express your dissatisfaction with our products or Services, you can submit a formal complaint to us, by following the process below.

Submitting a Complaint:

  • The Company aims to resolve complaints amicably through a three (3) stage process.
  • Submit complaint promptly:
  • You must submit any complaint as soon as possible and within twelve (12) months of the incident.


To submit a complaint, please provide the following: 

  • Your full name and, if applicable, your CSGORoll account information.
  • A detailed description of your complaint. Please be as specific as possible, outlining how we have:
  • Violated an agreement or law, or
  • Caused you harm, significant inconvenience, prejudice or
  • Treated you unfairly, or
  • Led to your dissatisfaction.
  • Any relevant evidence, documents, correspondence, or attachments that will help us address and investigate your complaint.

Note: If your complaint lacks essential information or if your description of the incident is too vague for us to assist, we may be unable to resolve it, and the complaint could be dismissed. 

Your complaint will then be processed through the following stages:

Stage 1: Internal Investigation

  • You contact our Complaints Team with details of the complaint, as outlined above, via [email protected].
  • One of our Complaints Officers will review the complaint internally and respond within twenty-eight (28) days.
  • If your complaint can be resolved immediately, you will receive a Resolution Notice along with the acknowledgment.

For more complex issues, the officer will investigate further and may request additional information from you. If multiple issues are involved, we will keep you updated on our progress

Our Complaints Officers are committed to objectivity. If you believe the decision was unfair, you can request a review of the matter, which will involve the following steps in Stage 2:

Stage 2: Management Review:

  • If you are unhappy with the response from Stage 1, you can request a review by the Complaints Manager.
  • Contact us using the same channel as Stage 1 and mark the email “Stage 2 Complaint: Function Management Review”.
  • We will review the complaint internally and respond within twenty-eight (28) days.
  • The Complaints Manager will send you a written decision regarding the outcome of your review, along with any available next steps. The Complaints Manager may request additional information from you during his/her investigation.
  • If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by the Complaints Manager, you may have the option to escalate to a Dispute and pursue arbitration proceedings, depending on the specifics of your complaint, as outlined in Stage 3.

Note:

  • Complaints will only be reviewed in Stage 2 after correctly following Stage 1.
  • The entire process from Stages 1 to the start of Stage 3 should take no longer than eight (8) weeks from when we first receive your complaint.
  • If you don’t respond to a reasonable request for information, the process may be paused until you respond.


Stage 3: Dispute and Arbitration:

  • If Stages 1 and 2 don't resolve your complaint within sixty (60) days, either party may file a Dispute and commence an arbitration proceeding. A party intending to seek arbitration must first send a written Notice of Dispute by certified mail to the other party. The Notice to the Company should be sent to the Company using the address in the definitions. 
  • The Notice must describe the nature and basis of the claim and the specific relief sought.


b. Prohibition of Class and Representative Actions

  • You and the Company agree that claims must be brought on an individual basis, not as part of a class or representative action. The arbitrator may not consolidate claims or preside over any form of a class proceeding. The arbitrator may award relief only in favour of the individual party seeking relief, except for public injunctive relief under applicable law.


d. Arbitration Procedures

  • Arbitration will be conducted by a neutral arbitrator in accordance with the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and their rules. If there is any inconsistency between their rules and this Arbitration Agreement, the terms of this Arbitration Agreement will govern. The arbitrator must follow the provisions of these Terms as a court would. All issues are for the arbitrator to decide. The arbitrator can award the same damages and relief on an individual basis that a court can award. Decisions by the arbitrator are enforceable in court and may be overturned only for very limited reasons.


  • Unless otherwise agreed, arbitration hearings will take place in a convenient location for both parties. If the parties cannot agree on a location, the arbitrator will determine it. If your claim is for up to ten thousand US dollars ($10,000) or equivalent, you may choose whether the arbitration will be conducted solely on the basis of documents, through a telephonic hearing, or by an in-person hearing as established by the arbitrator rules. If your claim exceeds $10,000, the right to a hearing will be determined by the arbitrator rules. The arbitrator will issue a reasoned written decision.


e. Costs of Arbitration

  • Payment of all filing, administration, and arbitrator fees will be governed by the arbitrator rules, unless otherwise provided in this Arbitration Agreement. If the value of the relief sought is seventy five thousand US dollars ($75,000) or less, at your request, the Company will pay all Arbitration Fees. If the value of relief sought is more than seventy five thousand US dollars ($75,000) and you demonstrate to the arbitrator that you are economically unable to pay your portion of the Arbitration Fees, the Company will pay your portion of such fees. Any payment of attorneys’ fees will be governed by the arbitrator rules.


f. Confidentiality

  • All aspects of the arbitration proceeding and any ruling, decision, or award by the arbitrator will be strictly confidential for the benefit of all parties.


g. Severability

  • If a court or the arbitrator decides that any term or provision of this Arbitration Agreement (other than the subsection (b) titled “Prohibition of Class and Representative Actions and Non-Individualized Relief”) is invalid or unenforceable, the parties agree to replace such term or provision with a term or provision that is valid and enforceable and that comes closest to expressing the intention of the invalid or unenforceable term or provision. If any of the provisions of subsection (b) are invalid or unenforceable, then the entirety of this Arbitration Agreement shall be null and void, unless such provisions are deemed to be invalid or unenforceable solely with respect to claims for public injunctive relief. The remainder of the Terms will continue to apply.


h. Future Changes to Arbitration Agreement

  • Notwithstanding any provision in these Terms to the contrary, the Company agrees that if it makes any future change to this Arbitration Agreement (other than a change to the Notice Address) while you are a User of the Services, you may reject any such change by sending the Company written notice within thirty (30) calendar days of the change to the Notice Address provided above. By rejecting any future change, you are agreeing that you will arbitrate any dispute between us in accordance with the language of this Arbitration Agreement as of the date you first accepted these Terms (or accepted any subsequent changes).

YOU ARE NOT ENTITLED TO ANY ROLL CHIPS, EVEN IF THE ONLINE SCREEN INDICATES THAT YOU ARE A WINNER, UNLESS AND UNTIL YOUR ELIGIBILITY AND THE POTENTIAL WINNING PLAY HAS BEEN VERIFIED BY US, IN OUR SOLE DISCRETION, AND YOU HAVE PROVIDED ALL NECESSARY FORMS, DOCUMENTATION, AND INFORMATION WITHIN SEVEN (7) DAYS OF ANY REQUEST BY US. Publicity

Release, Indemnification, Limitation of Liability

  • You hereby agree to defend, release, hold harmless, and indemnify us and our parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, officers, directors, employees, independent contractors, agents, representatives, users, media partners, advertisers, content providers, suppliers, and related parties (“Released Parties”) from and against any and all claims, costs, expenses, liabilities, and damages (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of CSGORoll or your participation in the Promotion.
  • To the extent permitted by law, the Released Parties are not responsible for:
  • Any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by you, coding error, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion.
  • Technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in computers, phone lines, or network hardware or software.
  • Unauthorized human intervention in any part of the Promotion.
  • Payment of any cryptocurrency to any person who does not, in our sole determination, (i) meet the eligibility requirements, (ii) timely provide the required verification documentation and information, or (iii) pass certain KYC/AML procedures.
