FAQ
Ranks, Rewards & XP
Daily Frees & Rewards Changes
Why have Daily Free rewards changed?
The old daily free system was giving out a lot of rewards to people who didn’t actually play anymore. That left less budget for active players and for big promotions. This update shifts the reward focus back to players who actually engage with the platform. It also frees up budget so the site can run larger events again, such as the 1M race and future promotions.
How long can I open my Daily Free cases for?
When you rank up, you receive 180 Opens. These are points you spend to open your Daily Free cases.
Each case tier costs a different amount of Opens:
- High Tier: costs 6 Opens → up to 30 opens per rank
- Medium Tier: costs 2 Opens → up to 90 opens per rank
- Low Tier: costs 1 Open → up to 180 opens per rank
Once your Opens run out, the cases don’t disappear, you can picklock them once per day for a chance to open them.
Your picklock chances for each tier are shown on the Rewards page under “Skill Upgrades Summary.”
What happens if I don’t rank up?
You’ll still have your daily frees, but the chance to open them drops a lot. High value drops to 5 percent, medium to 15 percent and low to 30 percent, where the high value case is roughly equivalent to the old daily frees payouts. You can still choose which tier you want to try each day. Ranking up resets your chances back to normal.
Do I really lose most of my daily free value if I only open them and never play?
Yes, that’s essentially how the new system works. If you never wager or rank up, your opening chances eventually drop a lot. But if you play even a little, you earn XP, get rank-up rewards, rakeback, promotions, and Ascension perks that make it much easier to maintain your progression.
Why is my XP so much lower after the update?
That’s because XP has been completely rebalanced. XP is now tied to house edge, the higher the house edge of the game, the more XP you get, keeping it fair and equal for all gameplay. 1 XP in the new system is worth roughly 48 old XP. As a result, Ranks require less XP to reach, keeping the ratios for progression the same as the previous system’s levels
Why do different games give different amounts of XP?
Because every game has a different house edge. The higher the edge, the more XP you get per bet. The lower the edge, the less XP. This prevents people from farming XP cheaply on low-edge games and keeps the system balanced.
Why were levels replaced with ranks?
Ranks are based on real XP earned and scale much better. They make progression clearer, make rank-ups faster, and give us more room to add long-term bonuses, rakeback, and Ascension rewards.
What is Ascension supposed to do?
Ascension lets you reset to Rank Private 1 while earning an instant coin bonus and permanent upgrades through Ascension Points. These upgrades help you with things like higher picklock chance, which you can increase up to 3x the base value (which means 15% chance for High risk case, 45% for Medium risk case, 90% for Low risk case), increase your rakeback, better drop rates, and more contribution toward Races.
You don't lose your rakeback % level when ascending. If you get stuck between levels, you can just ascend and level up again; it’s designed to make long-term progression interesting instead of hitting a wall at high ranks.
Can I withdraw using crypto now?
Yes, crypto withdrawals have been added and are now available. The chips' wallet can be redeemed for crypto. Additionally, chips can be received from Rain, Rakeback, Gemstones, Races, Ascension, and Faucet for now.
Is the old Level 100 daily free still the best one?
No, the new ranking system goes much higher than the old level cap. Daily frees now scale beyond what Level 100 used to offer, and higher-ranked users can unlock much better cases.
How is XP calculated now?
XP is based on a simple formula: played amount multiplied by the game’s house edge multiplied by 100. Games with higher house edge give more XP, and games with lower house edge give less. This keeps XP gain fair across all game types.
Can I increase my chance of opening daily frees?
Yes. Once you start getting Ascension Points, you can upgrade your Picklocking skill.
This directly increases your opening chance and can boost it massively if you choose that. With enough upgrades, the chance can reach very high percentages; an increase up to 3x the base value (which means 15% chance for High risk case, 45% for Medium risk case, 90% for Low risk case).
General Info
What is CSGORoll?
CSGORoll is a gamified Counter-Strike 2 skins trading platform. We exist to offer a safe place for players to win, buy and sell skins in a safe environment. We facilitate player-to-player trades to offer our community a fun way to buy, trade, or win new skins to play with.
How does P2P work?
Peer-to-peer trading is a popular method adopted by CSGORoll to allow Counter-Strike 2 skin trading between two players directly. This system is not automated and requires your involvement in the trade.
Please follow the instructions and beware of scam attempts!
- Follow the steps displayed on your screen during the trade;
- Provide your WebAPI Token or install our extension: https://csgoroll.com/extension to allow us to track your trades seamlessly and provide the best experience while trading on our website;
- Listing the skin (the person holding the skins in their Steam inventory) is responsible for sending the trade offer, not the other way around. When the timer expires on CSGORoll, it’s important to cancel any pending steam trades that were sent out if the requester has not accepted them in time, otherwise, you risk losing your items;
- To ensure you send the correct item, you will be shown a screenshot of where the item is placed in your inventory;
- Only the highlighted item must be sent, sending the same version of the item with a different float, stickers, or at a different position will result in an invalid trade where you will not be credited;
- The requester (person requesting the skins) can decline received offers if they’re unsure about the trade, it’s also important to cancel trade requests if the timer is about to expire or expired;
- The user requesting should not accept additional items or a different item than the one joined in the offer;
- Make sure your steam inventory is set to PUBLIC, otherwise, you are unable to receive any trade offer or receive a refund if the trade fails. If you didn't receive a refund when you should, kindly contact support;
- You must trade the listed item only and nothing else, sending different items will mark your trade as INVALID;
- If the trade fails, our system will refund your balance within 25 minutes.
CSGORoll does not take any responsibility for your trades, please be careful and always double-check before confirming a trade offer, to guarantee you send your skins to the correct user. Trading after the timer has expired, cancelling the trade on CSGORoll before cancelling the Steam offer, or participating in trading during Steam Service issues may result in a loss of Skins or Coins.
What are gems?
Gems are rewarded for free when you participate in any of our Games. The chance of winning Gems scales with the amount spent on the games. The chance of winning Gems is capped at 50% for each play, so winning a Gem always involves an element of randomness and is never guaranteed. For every 0.01 Coins spent, your chance of winning increases by 0.025%. If you play more than the required amount for a 50% chance (10 Coins), then the number of Gems rewarded scales vertically.
We don’t offer fractions of Gems as rewards, so whether you spend 20 Coins or 29 Coins on a game, you will have a 50% chance to receive 1 Gem in both scenarios.
You can spend Gems in our Gem Store on one of the cases to receive items.
What is Crazy Mode on the Case Battle game?
Feeling unlucky? This is your chance to take advantage of bad luck with our Crazy Mode. In this game mode, the player who unboxes the lowest total value of items will win the battle, and will claim all of the unboxed contents.
Please note, in case of a tie, the winner of the Crazy Battle will be determined by a coin flip.
Triple Green Bonus, how does it work?
Introducing our Roll game bonus! Here's how it works: Every time you participate in a Roll game, a portion of it will go into the bonus prize pool. To win the bonus, you need to see three greens appear in a row. Once that happens, the prize pool is up for grabs!
Here's the exciting part: The bonus prize pool will be divided into thirds, one for each round where Green was hit. So, for every round with Green, a third of the prize pool will be distributed among all participating players.
Now, if you play on any of the three greens, you'll be eligible to win a slice of the prize pool. The amount you win will be based on how much you participated in that round. Let's take an example: If you play with 100 coins and the total amount in that round is 200, you'll receive 50% of the 1/3rd split.
To keep things exciting, 0.666% of all played games from each round will be added to our bonus pool. And yes, you can win on multiple rounds!
One important note: In order to maintain balance, we've limited player picks to only 2 colors now. We want everyone to have a great experience, so any users found trying to exploit this limitation with secondary accounts will be permanently banned from CSGORoll.
Best of luck to all players participating in our Triple Green Bonus!
How do I claim my top-up bonus?
The 5% deposit bonus can be claimed by any user, and at any time, while topping up coins via the following methods:
- Cards
- Bank Transfer
- Crypto
To be eligible for a bonus, you must enter your preferred referral code and click "Apply" before proceeding to top up the coins balance as usual.
This bonus is limited to 100 USD total for 24 hours and is not applicable for trades with CS2 Skins or Gift Cards redemption.

What is Real-World Trading (RWT)?
Real-world trading (RWT) refers to the practice of exchanging Counter-Strike 2 skins obtained through CSGORoll for actual currency (real-life money) or tangible items outside of the virtual gaming environment.
In essence, it involves buying or selling these in-game items in the real world for real money either directly or indirectly through third-party services. Trading skins for skins, trading content from other Steam games, or using the Steam Marketplace is not considered RWT.
Players considering RWT should be aware of the rules and consequences. If we, in our sole and absolute discretion, determine that you engaged in Real-World Trading, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account indefinitely.
Instant Skins Deposit & Trade Protection
To make things smoother after the recent Valve's update on Protect Trades, CSGORoll now lets you access part of your coins right away with Instant Credits - even if the trade hasn’t fully settled yet. How much you can access depends on your activity, which you build up by being active, playing and trusted on the site.
Here’s how the Instant Credit breaks down:
- Tier 1: 0 coin limit
- Tier 2: 100 coins limit
- Tier 3: 200 coins limit
- Tier 4: 500 coins limit
- Tier 5: 1000 coins limit
- Tier 6: 2000 coins limit
- Tier 7: 3000 coins limit
Note that tiers, limits, and penalties may change over time. CSGORoll also reserves the right to take immediate action against anyone trying to exploit or bypass the system.
If you try to reverse trades that have already been completed, expect serious consequences.
Trade Reversals: Penalties
When a trade is reversed during the protected period, penalties will be applied. The penalty depends on who reversed the trade:
If the user listing the item reverses the trade:
- They receive a 30-day trade ban from Steam.
- If they received instant coins for the trade, rewards will be locked until the instant coin amount is repaid.
- If they did not receive any instant coins, they would only get the trade ban from Steam.
If the receiver reverses the trade:
- They receive a minimum penalty of 70% of the total trade value. This amount is credited to the other user. All of this is done automatically.
- If the lister received instant coins in the reverted trade by the buyer, and that amount is greater than 70%, the penalty will increase to cover the full instant coin amount.
- This means the total penalty can range from 70% up to 100% of the trade value.
The coin penalty that is given if the receiver reverses the trade will always be transferred to the lister of the item. Either by crediting them coins, or if they already received instant coins they get to keep those.
PvP Mode - Early Cashout
Early Cashout gives you the power to cash out a guaranteed coin amount during a PVP battle. You’ll stay in the battle, but any further results won’t impact your payout. Your opponent will also remain in the battle, but your Early Cashout won't impact their result.
If you cash out 50 coins and win a 100 coin battle, you’ll only keep the 50 coins you secured. On the other hand, if you cash out 50 coins but lose the battle, you’ll still walk away with the 50 coins!
Cashout is currently capped at 4 cases per battle. Clutch mode and Reward cases are not supported.
Why do you not allow Real World Trading (RWT)?
Real-World Trading refers to the practice of exchanging CS2 skins obtained through CSGORoll for legal tender or tangible items outside of the virtual gaming environment. In essence, it involves buying or selling these in-game items in the real world for real money directly or indirectly, through third-party services.
Trading skins for skins, using the Steam marketplace or exchange for other Steam games content is not considered Real-World Trading.
CSGORoll is for players who want to trade to obtain new skins to play with, not to make money. We don’t allow crypto withdrawals or re-selling for this reason.
What is your approach to ‘Know your Customer’ (KYC) checks?
As part of our commitment to being the most responsible website in the industry, we are leading the way with our strict adherence to Know Your Customer (KYC) checks. These ensure that all funds come from a legitimate source, to prevent fraud, money laundering, and anything that puts the community at risk. Additionally, they are a strong check against minors being able to use the platform and to keep our community safe.
One of the checks is performed once 1000 coins have been topped up, the website features are locked until KYC is provided by the player. This ensures that we keep the skin-trading ecosystem safe. Features such as rewards and games are also automatically restricted behind KYC.
In 2024, we have implemented a 100% IDV requirement before any user can play games on CSGORoll. Though there’s no monetary gain from playing on our platform, it can still be addictive. This will ensure that there are absolutely no minors using our platform.
Skins request limit and allowance
At CSGORoll, you can request Counter-Strike 2 skins with a value of up to an equivalent of 1000 coins daily, on top of your total topped-up amount for the day.
If you go beyond this limit, don't worry – you can still request more with a manual approval process. When you request a Skin from our marketplace over this limit, a pop-up will ask you to enter the extra allowance you need for the day and give you options to also safely store the funds during the approval process. After you submit the request, our staff will review it manually and approve it as soon as possible.
Once approved, you can proceed to request additional items beyond the daily limit for 24 hours. This ensures you can access and request your items, even if they exceed the daily allowance. We aim to offer you the best service and flexibility in managing your account and balance!
If you have any questions or need assistance with any other aspect of our platform, please feel free to contact our support team. We're here to help and ensure that your experience on CSGORoll is smooth and enjoyable!
Why is there a tick box against RWT?
We have always made it clear in our terms of service that anyone engaging in Real World Trading will be given a permanent ban. Our tick box simply reinforces our values of allowing safe, fun, and responsible skin trading. This in no way will affect our core community of traders.
All legitimate players will continue to have their skins requests processed and accounts kept open.
Why don’t you have a Curaçao license?
CSGORoll is not a gambling website, casino lottery or any other form of gambling legally defined in the jurisdictions that we actively target.
Curacao licences on their own do not keep players safe. Instead, the integrity of the platform is solely based around how responsibly the platform operates.
CSGORoll self-regulates in an unregulated market, enabling many requirements such as KYC, self exclusion, informing the user that there is no monetary gain and enforcing our TOS against people that discourage this behaviour.
We believe in the industry taking responsibility for their customers themselves – something CSGORoll leads on.
What does the ‘Protected Trade’ do?
When a skin request is made over 1000 coins, it goes into manual verification following our safety protocols. But do not worry, this typically takes a couple of minutes to complete!
During this time, you have the option of locking your pending coin balance until the request is approved. This ensures that you can’t accidentally spend your balance in the meantime.
Stash
Introducing Stash, our versatile feature that gives you more control over your Coins.
One of the great benefits of Stash is the ability to lock up Coins for a specific period. This feature is perfect for those times when you want to ensure the safety of your Coins until the set time frame expires.
It's essential to be aware that once you set the timer for locking your Coins, it cannot be reversed. The Coins will remain securely locked until the set time period expires. After that, you'll have full access to your coins once again.
It's important to note that while your Coins are in the Stash, they cannot be spent directly. To use them, you'll need to request them back to your balance.
Stash gives you the flexibility and security to manage your Coins according to your needs and preferences. We hope you find this feature beneficial in optimizing your gaming experience with us. Should you have any questions or need assistance, feel free to reach out to our support team. Enjoy using Stash!
Cluck 'N' Boom
Cluck 'N' Boom is a classic minesweeper game where hidden tiles may contain Chickens or Molotovs.
Upon revealing the chickens, you earn a multiplier based on your initial coins amount entered for that game. The more chickens you reveal for that round, the higher the multiplier becomes for your coins. However, there's a risk of hitting a hidden Molotov at any point, losing all progress and coins.
You can select the number of hidden Molotovs for each game. But note, the more Molotovs you add to the game, the higher the multiplier for each revealed chicken, but this also increases the likelihood of hitting a Molotov, burning all the chickens, and losing everything.
Your goal is to reveal as many Chickens as possible without turning them into roasted chickens. Will you chicken out?
How does Crash work?
In this game, you play against a climbing multiplier, which will eventually 'crash' out at a random time, determined by an algorithm.
You have two options for playing:
- Live: With this option, you have complete control and can leave the game at any moment;
- Fixed Multiplier: This option allows you to set a specific multiplier, and the game will be pulled once it reaches the defined number, unless it crashes earlier. The advantage of this option is that you can place as many games as you like on a single round!
However, it's essential to note that with the fixed multiplier, you won't be able to manually cash out. Instead, it will be automatically cashed out when the game reaches the objective multiplier you set.
Enjoy the thrill of the game and best of luck as you play against the climbing multiplier!
Why did the price of my skin drop?
Skins in our trade section have an assigned Coin Calculation according to our automatic system and manual verification by our team. Technical errors may occur which result in an inaccurate Coin Calculation being displayed on the Site. Please report any inaccurate Coin Calculations on our Discord.
We enforce an 'obtained value' rule that prevents you from selling a Skin obtained while playing on CSGORoll for more Coins than you initially spent. For example, if you received a 10 coin skin in your CSGORoll inventory and later decide to sell that Skin back for Coins, you will receive no more than 10 Coins for it.
On rare occasions, the Coin Calculation associated with a particular Skin may drop soon after you win that Skin from one of our games. If this occurs, you may contact our support team to review the difference. However, we reserve the right to address such requests at our sole and absolute discretion.
How do I get coins?
There are two main ways to get coins:
- List Counter-Strike 2 Skins: Visit the top-up page and choose one of our payment methods to list your Counter-Strike 2 Skins using our P2P system. These skins will be converted into CSGORoll coins once joined by a trader, which you can use to play various games and participate in exciting activities on our platform.
- Top-up Coins: Alternatively, you can top-up CSGORoll coins directly using any of the available payment methods. This gives you the flexibility to add coins to your account quickly and easily.
Additionally, keep an eye out for casual promotions and special offers. We occasionally provide promotions that allow you to earn extra coins or bonuses, enhancing your experience.
With these options at your disposal, you'll have plenty of opportunities to get CSGORoll coins and fully enjoy the range of activities on our platform.
Thank you for being a part of our community, and we wish you the best of luck as you trade, play, and have fun with your CSGORoll coins!
How do Counter-Strike 2 skin listings work?
At CSGORoll, skins trading is facilitated through our Peer-to-peer (P2P) system. When you list skins using this method, it works as a secure exchange with another player. You send your skins to the other player and receive CSGORoll coins in return.
The process is designed to be seamless and efficient. We take care of all the backend work, ensuring that your listed skins find a match swiftly, and you receive your coins hassle-free. Rest assured, you don't need to worry about the technicalities; we handle it all for you.
Our P2P system provides a safe and convenient way for players to trade their skins for CSGORoll coins. Should you have any questions or need assistance during the process, our support team is here to help.
How do I become a moderator/helper?
At CSGORoll, we truly appreciate our dedicated community members and are always on the lookout for individuals who could become chat helpers - and eventually, moderators. If you’re active in chat, respectful, and genuinely helpful, you may be considered for the role.
How do you get selected? It’s not a competition, and the position is always open for volunteers. We’re simply sharing how we identify and promote future helpers. Being active in chat and on community channels like Discord - while helping to maintain a safe, welcoming space free from hate, discrimination, self-promotion, or begging - is the best way to get noticed. If you’re positive and engaged, we’ll see you!
While we may not always have openings, we prioritize those who consistently contribute to a supportive community. If a spot becomes available, we’ll let you know, and you can always reach out to show interest as well.
Thanks for being part of our community. Keep up the great work - your presence doesn’t go unnoticed!
What are the requirements to chat?
To participate in the chat, all you need to do is top up your coins by using any of our available methods.
It's important to note that the chat requirement may be subject to change depending on the volume and quality of messages in the chatroom. We strive to maintain a positive and friendly environment for all our users. In cases where we feel that this environment is at risk due to excessive or inappropriate messaging, we may temporarily increase the chat limit requirements.
Our goal is to ensure a pleasant and enjoyable experience for everyone in the community. By adhering to the chat guidelines and contributing positively to the chatroom, you can help us maintain the supportive and friendly atmosphere we value.
Can I send coins to my friends?
No, that is not possible as we believe this feature could lead to abuse.
Free Cases and Promo codes
Free case codes will be offered during promotional events from sponsors and as rewards for customers who top up coins on our website. Stay updated by following us on Twitter.
Asking for free codes is strictly prohibited on CSGORoll and may get your chat permission temporarily removed.
I'm having problems trading skins
If your Steam account is fully trade-ready, but you encounter issues with listing or joining trades, consider the following steps:
- Ensure that your Steam profile is set to public and that the provided Trade URL is correct.
- If you've recently received a skin in your Steam inventory, please be aware that it will be restricted by Steam for 7 days before you can trade it again.
- If you experience difficulties due to Steam connection issues, we recommend waiting a few minutes before trying again.
- If the problem persists for more than 10 minutes, don't hesitate to contact our support team for further assistance.
We're here to help ensure a smooth experience for you. Feel free to reach out if you encounter any difficulties with trading your Skins.
Are bots allowed on CSGORoll?
No, trade bots are strictly prohibited as they negatively impact other users' experiences and create unfair competition. However, you are allowed to use auto-play scripts for personal use only, provided they are not shared or distributed.
If you are found advertising or selling third-party services, your account will be permanently banned from CSGORoll without prior notice.
Can I request the skins I have won from games?
The items obtained from games played through CSGORoll are for visual and entertainment purposes only. Our skins trading section for skins relies on a P2P system that requires coins.
For the items obtained, you can exchange them for coins and request something from our P2P section at any time.
We believe that playing with skins and winning your favorite skins provides more entertainment and fun than simply playing with coins.
WebAPI P2P Token
As a temporary measure to address recent trading changes, we've introduced an alternative method that involves some extra steps from you. It's important to understand that these steps are only necessary if you're listing skins on our P2P Trading Platform.
However, if you're simply joining trades for already listed skins and not listing them, you won't need to follow these additional steps. Our extension will assist you with the WebAPI token, making your trades more efficient and seamless: https://csgoroll.com/extension
I was muted in chat
You may have been temporarily muted for a variety of reasons, including but not limited to those outlined below.
Bad behaviour such as begging, spamming, provoking, posting threatening messages or in any way ruining others experience, such as through the use racism, flaming or similar offensive behaviour will not be tolerated. Phishing links, advertisements, pornography or other suspicious links in the chat are not tolerated.
CSGORoll staff reserve the right to mute users at their own discretion, but will only do so with good reason. Chat Mutes are temporary and your ability to chat again will be automatically reinstated when the mute expires.
If you feel you have been muted wrongfully, you can contact us via our official support channels, where a decision may be reviewed upon special request.
Community Cases
What are 'Community Cases'?
'Community Cases' are a CSGORoll feature that lets you build your own case from scratch, and earn commission from doing so. You get to choose the skins you want to include, set the odds, give it a custom name and share it with the community. It's your case, your way.
How Do I Create My Own Case?
Creating your own case is simple. You -
- Select a case icon of your choice.
- Define the case name, then select the commission rate you’d like to earn when others open your box - up to a maximum of 3%.
- Choose the items you want to put in your case, and set the odds of winning them with each case open.
- Check your case value, and when you're happy, create it to make it live.
- The minimum case value must be at least 5 coins. Please note that case values may fluctuate with skin price changes; if a case drops below the minimum value, it will be disabled.
Community cases will be automatically cleaned up after 30 days of inactivity, with no openings, to keep the offerings organized and efficient.
How Do I Earn Commission From My Case?
You can set a commission rate (up to 3%) when creating your case. Every time another user opens your case, you’ll receive a percentage of the case price as commission. The commission rate you can earn is tied to the level you are on CSGORoll
- User Tier 1: Level 10–19 with maximum commission of 0.5%.
- User Tier 2: Level 20–34 with maximum commission of 1%
- User Tier 3: Level 35–50 with maximum commission of 1.5%
- User Tier 4: Level 51–69 with maximum commission of 2%
- User Tier 5: Level 70–84 with maximum commission of 2.5%
- User Tier 6: Level 85–120 with maximum commission of 3%
Commission payouts are not instant and require a processing period before appearing in your commissions tab to be redeemed. Please note that bot openings do not contribute to your commission earnings.
Are There Limits On How Many Cases I Can Create?
Yes, the amount of cases you can create is dependent on the tier you fall into.
- User Tier 1: Level 10–19. Can create 2 cases. Max value $200
- User Tier 2: Level 20–34. Can create 4 cases. Max value $500
- User Tier 3 : Level 35–50 . Can create 6 cases. Max value $1,500
- User Tier 4: Level 51–69. Can create 8 cases. Max value: $4,000
- User Tier 5: Level 70–84. Can create 10 cases. Max value $10,000
- User Tier 6: Level 85–120. Can create 12 cases. Max value $50,000
How Do I See Other Community Cases?
Head to the 'Unboxing' page and click on the 'Community' tab to browse all custom cases created by other users. If you’re setting up a case battle, you can also switch the case filter from 'Official' to 'Community' to include player-made cases in your battle.
Your Questions, Answered
When Are You Fixing The Lag?
We know that there’s an issue with lag on CSGORoll. That’s why we’re dedicating some serious resources to tackle the performance issues affecting our platform and sometimes HypeDrop too. We’ve even created a #FuckTheLag taskforce to make sure we sort everything out before any new features are launched.
On top of that, any user interface updates will be built on a faster framework, so you’ll notice improvements in design and performance.
If you’re still facing lag issues, we’ve added a new bug reporting feature to help us get to the bottom of it. Your feedback will make a huge difference.
Where Are Midnight Resets?
We know you want daily free case resets at midnight, but the reality is, if we release them at that time, CSGORoll could crash due to all the traffic.
We have now introduced a hard reset timer for daily free cases instead. This means that your case opening time will be the same time every day. You now have 24 hours to open your free daily cases before your personal reset time the next day, so it’s easier to stay on track.
For example: Lets say your opening time is 3 PM. From 3 PM onwards, you now have 24 hours to open the case with zero consequence for waiting. If you are very late and open your case at 2:59 PM, you can still open it again at 3:00 PM.
You see a countdown timer indicating your next reset time on your Rewards page. All your free cases share the same reset time as well.

Will CSGORoll Introduce Tipping?
A lot of you want a tipping feature, but right now, it’s not something we’re planning to add. However, if you’ve been banned and still have funds in your account, you can reach out to support for a transfer to another account after a security check.
You can contact support here - https://www.csgoroll.com/contact
Can I Partner With CSGORoll?
Whether you're a viewer or an experienced creator, we’re always open to partnership talks. However, having a consistent following of 50/100+ viewers makes it a little more likely that we’ll explore opportunities together.

Crash Game
We have generated a chain of 10 million SHA256 hashes, starting with a server secret that has been repeatedly fed the output of SHA256 back into itself 10 million times. Now the crash game server is playing through this chain of hashes in reverse order, using the values as source data for generating each game's outcome. Anyone can easily verify the integrity of the whole chain. We're publishing the hash used to calculate the outcome after each game ends. If you apply the SHA256 function to a revealed seed, you'll get the hash for the previously played game, and so on until you get the hash for the first ever played game round on the chain.
INDEPENDENT RESULT VERIFICATION
You can independently verify any previous result here: https://stackblitz.com/edit/stackblitz-starters-f4keaqwt?file=index.js
Simply input the game hash of the game you want to verify. You can execute this code yourself using Node.js, but we understand that for some of you, this may be beyond your technical know-how. So, we have created an easy way for you to execute this code directly from your browser. It runs the exact same code as us, without the hassle of having to set up Node.js on your home computer.
Note: Our Random Number Generator algorithm was updated on 20th Mar 2020.
For all games played before Game#135147 on 20th Mar 2020, please use this code for independent verification instead.
The formula for verifying the result of a game hash is below. Simply edit the seed value to that of the seed for the game which you want to verify.
For security reasons, it would not be safe to keep using the same hash chain for 10 million games in a row, as these games would last several years. The longer a chain is in use, the higher risk is that the originating seed is found by a malicious third party (though still extremely unlikely). Due to this fact, we reserve the right to periodically update the base seed to ensure that the lifetime of a chain is not too long and the risk is minimalised. If and when we update the base seed to a new one, we will publish it below, also stating from which game round it was put into effect.
The first ever (ID: 1) public game's hash was cadaaef371bc977aae209dc9be1a30665550adf89fa40fc17771051914d1f9fc
By publishing the seed here, we are preventing our ability to pick an alternate SHA256 chain or modify parts of it from our side without you knowing about it first.
The bottom line is that results for all future games are already predefined and fairly distributed due to the maths that backs up the strong cryptographic SHA256 function. We cannot manipulate this chain of results and we publish game history results one by one as they are played. Each player can see the full history of the games and choose when to participate in a new game round and when not to. As crash results are already predefined and we can't force any player to join the game, it becomes a provably fair game of luck.
All outcomes depend strictly on what game round the player joins and when they decide to cash-out. The crash point of a game is calculated based on the hash only and in no way depends on a player's activity or inactivity.

Dice Game
Click here to verify your result in the browser
We offer verification which allows users to check the integrity of every roll and confirm they are not manipulated. Every randomly generated number is calculated based on the server and client seed. The server seed is created before you specify your client seed. Both seeds together prevent manipulation from our side and verifies the roll integrity after the result calculation. Every roll has a unique server seed randomly generated in advance, this server seed will only be updated when you choose to update your client seed. We hash those server seeds with the SHA256 cryptographic function and then publish the hashed server seeds for you to see.
Due to this applied hashing function, you cannot see the original server seed, yet you will be able to check that it was unmodified later, when we publish the un-hashed server seed after you update your client seed. We publish all un-hashed server seeds as soon as you update, so you can apply the SHA256 function to it and see that the server seed was unmodified during your previous rolls. The client seed can be edited freely by users before each roll.
As the client seed affects every roll result, changing it to any seed of your choice at any time means you can ensure that it's impossible for us to manipulate the result. However, the SHA512 function we use to generate the roll is deterministic, if the client seed is combined with the same server seed, it will generate exactly the same roll result every time. This could be used to abuse the system, so we use something called a 'nonce' which prevents this from being abusable. Each roll done using the same server seed & client seed pair will also be paired with a different nonce, which is simply a number starting at 0 and incremented by 1 for each roll done.
The nonce is based on numbers which we can't manipulate (they naturally increment by 1 after each roll)
Lastly, for each roll we generate, we apply an iteration count, starting at 0. The reason for this fourth variable in the seed is just in case the randomly generated value goes out of bounds and eventually exhausts all available random numbers within the available hash. In this case, we will generate a new hash using the exact same seed pair as before, while simply incrementing this iteration value by 1. In this sense, it works in very much the same way as the nonce. We do not have any control over which iteration value is used to generate the final result as it is all algorithmically pre-determined.
With the provided secret seed combination, we use the SHA512 cryptographic hashing function to generate a hexadecimal hash. From this hexadecimal hash, we take the first 5 characters and convert them to an integer. If the integer happens to fall out of bounds (above 10,000), we cycle to the next 5 characters of the hexadecimal hash and repeat this step. We then apply a modulus of 10,000 to this number, giving us a number in the range of 0-9999. Finally, when displaying the final result, the frontend divides this integer by 100 to display the result as a decimal roll in the range of 0-99.99.
Each roll can be verified using this formula as soon as you have revealed your server seed for the previous rolls. The published un-hashed server seeds can be checked by simply applying the SHA256 function to it, this will produce the previously published hashed version of the server seed, which was made visible to you before any roll using it was ever made. Each user can check the integrity of every roll made using this information.

Case Opening
In Case Opening, the result of every opening is determined using Provably Fair mechanics. The outcome is based on a combination of the server seed, client seed, and nonce, guaranteeing that no result can be tampered with. The server seed is generated in advance and is hashed using the SHA256 function before any rolls occur. After the game, the unhashed server seed is revealed, allowing you to verify the fairness of the result by comparing it to the hash published beforehand.
Each opening also uses a unique nonce—a sequential number that increases by 1 with every roll. This prevents outcomes from being reused, even if the same seeds are used multiple times.
INDEPENDENT VERIFICATION
To verify any previous opening result, input the client seed, server seed, and nonce into the following script. This can be done through Node.js or directly from your browser using our simple verification tool.
https://stackblitz.com/edit/stackblitz-starters-dgzeunmu?file=index.js
This system ensures that every opening result is transparent and can be verified independently. By comparing the published unhashed server seeds with the results of your openings, you can confirm that the game is Provably Fair.
Plinko
Our Plinko game uses a system of Provably Fair verification. Each Plinko round's outcome is determined based on a combination of server seed, client seed, and nonce, ensuring that no results are manipulated. The server seed is generated before the game, and players can provide their own client seed. Together, these seeds generate a result that is cryptographically secure and verifiable after the game concludes.
The server seed is hashed using the SHA256 function and displayed before the game begins. After the game ends, the unhashed server seed is revealed, allowing players to compare it with the previously published hash. This ensures that the seed was not altered, verifying the fairness of the result.
Each roll uses a nonce, a unique number that starts at 0 and increments by 1 after each roll. This prevents the possibility of repeating outcomes with the same seed pair. The nonce is automatically updated, ensuring that every roll is independent.
INDEPENDENT VERIFICATION
You can verify each round's outcome using the following code. Simply input the server seed, client seed, and nonce from the game round you wish to check. If you're unfamiliar with Node.js, you can use our browser-based verification tool, which runs the same code.
https://stackblitz.com/edit/stackblitz-starters-dzfbetbs?file=index.js
With this system, we ensure that each roll is truly Provably Fair. You can review past rounds by comparing the published server seeds, ensuring integrity and transparency.

PvP - Case Battles
PvP uses a system of provable fairness whereby the public seed is not known to anyone until the plays have already been committed and the game has started. This ensures that nobody can know the result in advance, not even us, since a part of the seed used to generate the final result is completely unknown until all the plays have been committed.
We offer verification which allows users to check the integrity of every game and confirm that the results were not manipulated. Every randomly generated result is calculated from a three-part seed based on a seed pair and a nonce. The seed pair is made up of a public seed and a server seed. This pair is "nonced" with a unique number and the "Game Mode" to generate a random final result.
NONCE
For Case Battles, we use the numerical ID of the PvP play ID as the nonce, this ID is a unique sequential number which is incremented each time a new PvP play is made by anyone on the site. Each Case (or Box) in the Battle is treated as a single play, and all of the plays for all of the boxes are committed by each user before the Battle begins. Each player has their own unique nonce for each round, which corresponds to their own PvP play ID for that round. The nonces used are all published and committed to before the EOS Hash (public seed) is known to us. The nonces are visible in the Provably Fair modal found on the PvP Duel Page and can be seen before the Battle has begun or the public seed (EOS Hash) has been generated.
We also nonce the seed with the "Game mode", this is a precaution to ensure that different game modes (e.g. Case Battles and Unboxing) don't risk using the same exact seeds to produce exploitable results.
PUBLIC SEED (EOS HASH)
The public seed (EOS Hash) is known only when all of the players in the Battle have committed their plays. We achieve this by committing to an EOS Block that is not yet mined but will be in the near future, and we then use its hash as the public seed. This way, we can prove that we had no way of knowing what the seed would be in advance before the Battle starts.
SERVER SEED
The server seed is a random string which is generated for each player at the beginning of a new PvP Case Battle. We commit to this seed as soon as each player joins a Battle, and we immediately display the SHA256 hash of this seed. As soon as the rounds have all been played, we then reveal the unhashed version of the players' seeds. You can confirm that the server seeds for each player were unmodified and no manipulation was done on our end by comparing the original SHA256 hash (the one that was displayed at the beginning) with the revealed seed shown after. This can be verified independently in a programming language such as JavaScript, by applying the SHA256 hashing function to the revealed seed and comparing the output with the hash which was shown earlier. It can also easily be confirmed online using tools such as https://xorbin.com/tools/sha256-hash-calculator
INDEPENDENT VERIFICATION
Each unboxing result in the Battle can be verified independently using the algorithmic formula that we use to generate the result. We have created an easy way for you to execute this code directly from your browser. It runs the exact same code as us, without the hassle of having to set up NodeJS on your home computer. Just edit the code to pass in the three parts of the seed mentioned above (the EOS Hash, the server seeds and the nonces). These elements are all best retrieved from the Provably Fair popup dialog found on the PvP Duel page, as you can easily copy and paste each of them.

PvP - Dice Duel
PvP uses a system of provable fairness whereby the public seed is not known to anyone until the plays have already been committed and the game has started. This ensures that nobody can know the result in advance, not even us, since a part of the three-part seed used to generate the final result is completely unknown until all the plays have been committed.
We offer verification which allows users to check the integrity of every game and confirm that the results were not manipulated. Every randomly generated result is calculated from a three-part seed based on a seed pair and a nonce. The seed pair is made up of a public seed and a server seed. This pair is "nonced" with a unique number to generate a random final result.
For Dice Duels, there is a different three-part seed for each player. A separate seed is required in order to generate a unique result for each participant. The public seed (EOS Hash) is the same for all players, but each user has their own separate server seed (and nonce) generated for each round.
NONCE
For Dice Duels, we use the numerical ID of the PvP play ID as the nonce, this ID is a unique sequential number which is incremented each time a new PvP play is made by anyone on the site. Each player in the round has their own unique nonce, which corresponds to their own PvP play ID. The nonces used are also published and committed to before the EOS Hash (public seed) is known to us. The nonces are visible in the Provably Fair modal from the PvP Duel Page and can be seen before the round has been started or the public seed (EOS Hash) has been generated.
Since it is technically possible to have a tie in a Dice Duel (where more than one player throws the same total on their dice), we allow for re-rolls in this case. For each re-roll, each participant in the tie-breaker will have their same nonce incremented by 1 and a new result will be generated until a single winner is eventually found.
For example, if Player A's nonce is 100 and Player B's nonce is 200 and they tie, a re-roll will occur whereby the seeds remain the same but Player A's nonce is now 101 and Player B's nonce is now 201.
PUBLIC SEED (EOS HASH)
The public seed (EOS Hash) is known only when all of the players in the round have committed their plays. We achieve this by committing to an EOS Block that is not yet mined but will be in the near future, and we then use its hash as the public seed. This way, we can prove that we had no way of knowing what the seed would be in advance before the game starts.
SERVER SEED
The server seed is a random string which is generated for each player at the beginning of a new PvP Round. We commit to this seed as soon as each player joins a round, and we immediately display the SHA256 hash of this seed. As soon as the round has been played, we then reveal the un-hashed version of the players' seeds.
Each game result can be verified independently using the algorithmic formula that we use to generate the result. We have created an easy way for you to execute this code directly from your browser. It runs the exact same code which is shown below, without the hassle of having to set up Node.js on your home computer. Just pass in the three parts of the seed mentioned above (the EOS Hash, the server seeds and the nonces). These elements are all best retrieved from the Provably Fair popup dialog found on the PvP Duel page, as you can easily copy and paste each of them.
Note: Our Random Number Generator algorithm was updated on 19th Oct 2022.
For all games played before PvP Play ID #201,649,533, please use this code for independent verification instead.
If you have any further questions about our provably fair system, please do not hesitate to contact our support team for more help and information.

Stage 2: Management Review:
- If you are unhappy with the response from Stage 1, you can request a review by the Complaints Manager.
- Contact us using the same channel as Stage 1 and mark the email “Stage 2 Complaint: Function Management Review”.
- We will review the complaint internally and respond within twenty-eight (28) days.
- The Complaints Manager will send you a written decision regarding the outcome of your review, along with any available next steps. The Complaints Manager may request additional information from you during his/her investigation.
- If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by the Complaints Manager, you may have the option to escalate to a Dispute and pursue arbitration proceedings, depending on the specifics of your complaint, as outlined in Stage 3.
Note:
- Complaints will only be reviewed in Stage 2 after correctly following Stage 1.
- The entire process from Stages 1 to the start of Stage 3 should take no longer than eight (8) weeks from when we first receive your complaint.
- If you don’t respond to a reasonable request for information, the process may be paused until you respond.
Stage 3: Dispute and Arbitration:
- If Stages 1 and 2 don't resolve your complaint within sixty (60) days, either party may file a Dispute and commence an arbitration proceeding. A party intending to seek arbitration must first send a written Notice of Dispute by certified mail to the other party. The Notice to the Company should be sent to the Company using the address in the definitions.
- The Notice must describe the nature and basis of the claim and the specific relief sought.
b. Prohibition of Class and Representative Actions
- You and the Company agree that claims must be brought on an individual basis, not as part of a class or representative action. The arbitrator may not consolidate claims or preside over any form of a class proceeding. The arbitrator may award relief only in favour of the individual party seeking relief, except for public injunctive relief under applicable law.
d. Arbitration Procedures
- Arbitration will be conducted by a neutral arbitrator in accordance with the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and their rules. If there is any inconsistency between their rules and this Arbitration Agreement, the terms of this Arbitration Agreement will govern. The arbitrator must follow the provisions of these Terms as a court would. All issues are for the arbitrator to decide. The arbitrator can award the same damages and relief on an individual basis that a court can award. Decisions by the arbitrator are enforceable in court and may be overturned only for very limited reasons.
- Unless otherwise agreed, arbitration hearings will take place in a convenient location for both parties. If the parties cannot agree on a location, the arbitrator will determine it. If your claim is for up to ten thousand US dollars ($10,000) or equivalent, you may choose whether the arbitration will be conducted solely on the basis of documents, through a telephonic hearing, or by an in-person hearing as established by the arbitrator rules. If your claim exceeds $10,000, the right to a hearing will be determined by the arbitrator rules. The arbitrator will issue a reasoned written decision.
e. Costs of Arbitration
- Payment of all filing, administration, and arbitrator fees will be governed by the arbitrator rules, unless otherwise provided in this Arbitration Agreement. If the value of the relief sought is seventy five thousand US dollars ($75,000) or less, at your request, the Company will pay all Arbitration Fees. If the value of relief sought is more than seventy five thousand US dollars ($75,000) and you demonstrate to the arbitrator that you are economically unable to pay your portion of the Arbitration Fees, the Company will pay your portion of such fees. Any payment of attorneys’ fees will be governed by the arbitrator rules.
f. Confidentiality
- All aspects of the arbitration proceeding and any ruling, decision, or award by the arbitrator will be strictly confidential for the benefit of all parties.
g. Severability
- If a court or the arbitrator decides that any term or provision of this Arbitration Agreement (other than the subsection (b) titled “Prohibition of Class and Representative Actions and Non-Individualized Relief”) is invalid or unenforceable, the parties agree to replace such term or provision with a term or provision that is valid and enforceable and that comes closest to expressing the intention of the invalid or unenforceable term or provision. If any of the provisions of subsection (b) are invalid or unenforceable, then the entirety of this Arbitration Agreement shall be null and void, unless such provisions are deemed to be invalid or unenforceable solely with respect to claims for public injunctive relief. The remainder of the Terms will continue to apply.
h. Future Changes to Arbitration Agreement
- Notwithstanding any provision in these Terms to the contrary, the Company agrees that if it makes any future change to this Arbitration Agreement (other than a change to the Notice Address) while you are a User of the Services, you may reject any such change by sending the Company written notice within thirty (30) calendar days of the change to the Notice Address provided above. By rejecting any future change, you are agreeing that you will arbitrate any dispute between us in accordance with the language of this Arbitration Agreement as of the date you first accepted these Terms (or accepted any subsequent changes).

Explanation of Terms
Every skin traded on CSGORoll goes through a P2P (peer-to-peer) system. Peer-to-peer trading is a widely used method by CSGORoll, enabling direct CS2 skin trading between two players. This system requires your active participation in the trade to send or accept the item.
CSGORoll reserves the right to cancel trade requests in the following instances: The requested item cannot be delivered due to third-party blockers beyond CSGORoll’s control; the user's profile was flagged during the process and CSGORoll needs time to investigate further; the user's profile does not fulfill the necessary requirements to receive the trade offer; and any other occasion. For a full explanation of why a request was cancelled, please contact [email protected]
In some instances, the trader may be unable to deliver the skins you have requested. In this case, CSGORoll will offer a full reversal of the value of the item once the trade expires. There may be another item that is currently available and could, therefore, be requested to trade again. It’s also important to note that Steam carries its own set of requirements, which must be fulfilled by the user to send or receive items. If requirements are not met, limitations will be placed on the user’s account. If you are unable to trade an item, we recommend checking the Steam Guard and market restrictions, as these are the most common reasons.
CSGORoll does not support any sort of RWT, hence our skins will always be sent via Steam trades. Any Skins that you win by using the Services cannot be sold or exchanged for cash, cash equivalents, or other things of value on the Service or elsewhere (“Real-World Trading”). If you are found to be engaging in Real-World Trading on the Service or elsewhere, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account indefinitely. If you win a virtual Skin other than Skins balance (e.g., a virtual AWP | Dragon Lore ( Factory New)), you are only entitled to win such Skin at or roughly around the cost of that item at the time of gameplay and the Company, at its discretion and in the event of an extraordinary fluctuation in the Skins cost of such item, may pay out an amount of Skins equivalent to such cost at the time of gameplay or another virtual Skin or Skins with a cost equivalent to such cost at the time of gameplay.
User Verification and Security
Thank you for being part of our community! We kindly request a moment of your time to inform you of our policies and the documents we may request along the way. This initiative is undertaken to prioritize your safety, enhance your CSGORoll experience, and facilitate a seamless journey with our platform.
Why do we ask for documents/information?
- AML: We take our responsibility seriously when it comes to following anti-money laundering (AML) laws that keep everyone safe—ourselves included! These rules are all about stopping the bad guys, and making sure we're all doing business ethically. Hence why we verify your account information and that the funds/skins you are using are coming from legal sources.
- Responsible Use: This process also helps us keep an eye on your activity to make sure it stays fun and responsible.
- Fairness: We know that waiting on document checks can be a bit of a drag, especially if it slows down getting your skins. That's why we're giving you the heads-up now: if you get your paperwork in early, we can keep things moving smoothly. It's all about being upfront and clear with you.
- Sustainability: We're all about leading the way for a fair, honest, and sustainable experience – and we reckon that's something worth doing right!
When do we ask for it?
We conduct checks at various stages depending on activities like purchasing, trading, and other factors. But do not worry! You will be informed of the verification whenever it is required.
How to avoid delays in processing transactions
As part of the process, verification requests may cause delays in your withdrawals if we request documents/information from you. To avoid any potential delay or restrictions, you can proactively manage your account by providing the documents/information required on your CSGORoll verification page or by contacting us.
