Over the past few months, we’ve been hard at work building a series of updates designed to make your experience on CSGORoll smoother, faster and more rewarding, especially for those looking for stronger progression. These updates include a brand-new Rewards system and a new wallet with Crypto Redemption.
You'll now rank up to unlock exclusive perks, upgrade your skills for powerful bonuses, crack open daily cases (or lockpick them) for free rewards and ascend to spend points in a mini skill tree that lets you grow stronger every cycle. Then reset and rise again, with each ascension bringing even greater rewards, prestige, and progression.

First, Our New Homepage
Redesigned from the ground up to look sharper, run smoother and keep you connected with relevant information. Everything you need is now right at your fingertips: profile information, live marketplace activity, rewards, top unboxings, and your favorite games - all just one click away.
But this isn’t just a visual upgrade. This new homepage is the first step on an all-new codebase, setting the stage for even bigger, faster and smoother updates to come.
It’s more than a new look - it’s the beginning of a whole new CSGORoll experience we are developing for you.
New Rewards
We’ve levelled up progression with Ranks, Ascension and Skill Upgrades, turning your gameplay into a full-on grind for glory experience. Levels are now represented as Ranks - from Private all the way up to Global General. Climb through them to unlock exclusive perks, ascend for lasting bonuses and upgrade your skills to enhance everything from rakeback to boosts and lockpick chances.
Every move you make on CSGORoll now pushes you further through the ranks, fuelling your journey toward bigger rewards - from daily cases and rakeback bonuses to Race boosts and VIP perks.
However you play, there’s always something waiting to unlock - and the higher you rise, the better it gets. We understand you may still have questions, so here's a quick summary of this new update.
- What happened to the old levels?
- They’ve been reworked into ranks. The new system makes progression clearer and more rewarding - each time you rank up, you move closer to bigger perks and better rewards, including level-up bonuses, weekly and monthly rakeback and more. The rewards are better distributed throughout every rank now.
- What are daily cases, and how do they work?
- Daily cases are a key part of our rewards system. While the number of daily opens has been refined, each case now delivers greater impact, so that every spin feels more rewarding. You can choose between Bronze, Silver or Gold cases, with each option using a different number of openings available per rank. And with the classic risk tab still available, you can tailor each case to your playstyle, whether you prefer steady unboxings or high-stakes rewards.
Up to 180 total opens are available per rank, and only one case can be opened per day. Opens don’t stack or carry over, and any unused ones will be converted into level-up bonuses.

- Run out of daily opens? We’ve got a solution for that. You can either rank up to get more opens and new cases, or try your luck at lockpicking them open for free. Lockpicking gives you a chance to crack your tier’s daily case without using up an open. With Ascension points, you can even increase your lockpicking chances.
- What is Ascension?
- Ascension is the next evolution of our rewards system - a way to trade in your current rank for exclusive benefits and new opportunities. When you ascend, you keep all your previously unlocked perks and skill upgrades, while earning Ascension Points that let you unlock brand-new skills and boost your overall progression, making future progressions even more rewarding. Ascending is optional.
- What is this new Skill Upgrade for?
- The Skill Upgrade system lets you level up specific aspects of your CSGORoll experience with the new rewards. Think of it as your personal upgrade tree - each skill gives you unique boosts, from better rewards and bonuses to exclusive quality-of-life perks that make every session more rewarding. The higher you upgrade, the stronger your perks become.
Progress never stops - it just gets more rewarding.
Crypto Redemption & Roll Chips
Not feeling any of the marketplace CS2 skins right now? Hold tight - you can now redeem your Chips directly into cryptocurrency whenever you want!
So, what exactly are Chips? They’re the new way to play, earn and redeem on CSGORoll. Chips are a special on-site currency you can earn for free through multiple free rewards, or top up using crypto, and spend just like regular CSGORoll coins - whether it’s for gameplay, CS2 skin purchases, or other features.
You can collect Chips through faucet drops, rains, races, gem boxes, weekly and monthly rakebacks, and other free on-site perks.
Your Chips wallet is separate from your traditional Roll Coins, which still work perfectly for gameplay and CS2 skin purchases - giving you more freedom and flexibility in how you play and redeem them.
1 MILLION RACE
To top it all off, we’re kicking things up a notch with our first-ever 1 Million Race - the biggest Race in CSGORoll history. You’ve seen our races and leaderboards before… but this one’s on a whole different level.
Just play your favorite games to lock in your spot and climb the leaderboard. Every top contender scores rewards - and the #1 player walks away with a massive 500k prize!

We know this update has been a long time coming, with a few missed deadlines and delays along the way. We truly appreciate your patience, and we’re sorry for the wait (and the events we missed during it).
A lot of this came down to the massive scope changes and new features we decided to include along the way to give you an even better update - all while rebuilding our codebase to deliver something faster, cleaner and better for the community. In the end, we couldn’t release these updates separately - each change was connected, creating a snowball of improvements that had to launch together. We recognise it could have been handled better, and we’ll make it up to you with the upcoming updates and events.
